i must say that i was surprised a little by the decision to send home andrew on a technicality this week. and of all people to point out that one of the rules wasn't followed, lisa!!!! she has a lot of nerve. if andrew was sent home for this, then she should have gone home instead of jenn with the improv challenge! how is her omission better than his? on another note... how excited are you for restaurant wars next week? wedding and restaurant wars in one season, how did we get so lucky!?!

The requirement was prepare a healthy lunch box for cadets at Chicago’s Police Academy that will include a lean protein, a whole grain, a fruit, and vegetable. His dish lacks one of the key elements—a whole grain. He should have gone home. The Improv Challenge I agree wrong person went home. I think the judges should follow their rulebook all of the time.

Oh don't even get me started! Outraged is what I was! You're right, Lisa and Antonia didn't even DO polish sausage, and Lisa got to stay. So why should Andrew who is obviously a better cook than Lisa, have to leave? The show really messed up on that. I don't know how Restaurant Wars could be better than Wedding Wars, but I'm willing to find out.

I am disappointed that Andrew went home. He was such an entertaining person and his food is usally good. I would have liked to see him make it further. You are right about the judges switching rules all the time. Sometimes they ignore the rules and say taste is the most important thing. Then they say rules are the most important thing. They need to have more consistency. I think Lisa should have gone home for trying to throw Andrew under the bus or they could have both gone home. That would have been a better solution to me. Andrew should have gotten credit for trying to do something creative. I am very excited for Restaurant Wars although I hope they aren't fixed like they were last year. I was upset last year when Tre went home after they made them repeat the restaurant wars.

If I had had my druthers, I would have sent Lisa home. She's such an antagonistic person, that I can't stand her. Her food seems to be nothing special. But because she's so antagonistic, the judges will probably keep her on as long as possible for ratings. I was floored by Andrew's comments and cockiness. Spike was also very arrogant. The footage was edited down to only a few minutes. I would have loved to see the entire conversations at the judges' table. Then again, it could have been edited to make it appear there was more drama. Spike has always rubbed me the wrong way as well. I was thrilled to see Sam from Season2. I loved him in that season and was rooting for him to win. I didn't hear what he is doing now. Anyone know? There seemed to be some flirting going on between him and Antonia. Who is your pick for Top Chef this season?

I can get past Dale's temper tantrum after the Wedding Wars. I do think he's an exemplary chef, but I would like to see him go out of his comfort zone and branch out of Asian cooking. I do hate that he's getting slammed for doing mostly Asian cooking, because there are so many cuisines within Asian cooking, as there are with Italian.
