save water when washing your face

Hi there! Just a tip I wanted to share with you. When washing your face, use a dipper. Or a container or a basin, or whatever it is that you have at home. Fill your container with water (depending on how big it is). Wet your face and apply your cleanser or soap. When you rinse, pour water from the dipper to your face. This will save water that pours from the faucet while your hands are on your face. You save water and energy to run the faucet and still not sacrifice comfort or convenience. It saves time, too. hehe

This is a good idea. Here's one that I have found to work even better. We have a store here called Everything's $1. For one dollar, I pick up a package of baby wipes that are biodegradable. I use the ones with moisturizing aloe and use them with my cleanser. There are 200 in a package for a dollar. It only takes one..sometimes 2, which means it takes me less than a penny to wash my face! Much cheaper than water.
