I like mine well-done.

I definitely like my steak well-done.

I walways love for my steak to be fully cooked. I dont eat meat that much, bu when i do,this is the way that i like it.

i like my steak well done, i just cant eat a medium rare i tried and it just wasnt making it for me.

My favourite way of eating steak..... Peel & crush a garlic clove, and rub it all around the inside of a frying pan. Melt a little butter in the pan - add the steak, turn the heat up high and flash-fry for one minute on each side. Lower the heat to just under medium, then fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side if more than one inch thick, or 1 minute on each side of less than one inch thick. Sprinkle liberally on both sides with freshly ground black pepper, then serve. If doing it on a barbecue, rub the garlic into the steak first, brush with melted butter, and barbecue for 1 or 2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
