Wooo WHooo! I got a Gift Card to Ulta for Mothers Day - My kids love me! I got their eye shadows - (they are really good and lasting!) they were buy one get one free and added it to a 20% off coupon! Just love those bargains!
Then went to Payless Shoe Source and returned a pair of shoes I got for $5 but didn't notice they were a wide and they were just to big and they didnt have any others, so I got a pair or tennis shoes - that at the moment I don't need but will by end of summer. They were $15 marked down from $30 , and used a coupon for $3 off .
Then went to Kohl's because I had a 30% off coupon. I found an adorable little t=shirt for my 2 yo grand daughter for $5 that says "my Daddy Rocks!" and a shelf piece (that matches a smaller one I bought while back) and it was on clearance for $4.99. All that for $6.99
Then stopped at Target for milk and of course, as I am walking past the last isle that is the last one before getting to the food isles, was housewares - love them, would love to have all of it, but simply don't need it and know I won't use it, just have not need to buy but I have been watching these plats -(that hard plastic ones ) they were black and had white daisies on them - small plate and dinner plate - $3.99 for months and I have been wanting those (will toss the old Dollar Store ones!) for so long - how cool - black, square plates with a beautiful white daisy! Low and behold they were on clearance for $1.48 for large plate nad $1.24 for small! I got 4 of each!!! Lunch was really nice today!
What was your bargain(s) today? Or anyday..recently...more or less?

I have gotten a few bargains here and there. I got some Booth's lotion at Walmart on clearance for 5.00- huge bottle that is usually 9.99 and worth it even at that price.
I have gotten some Primal Elements soap which is natural beautiful soap for 17.00 plus shipping for about 3 lbs. of end cuts. That soap is between 5 and 8 dollars a bar.
Those are the best ones to date that I can think of.

3 lbs of soap? I just had to laugh at that...something you just don't hear or consider! Soap by the pound!
But hey, if it works for you that way and saves you money, pounds of soap is a good thing!

It's fancy natural soap that they cut by the bar. So usually those are sold by the pound or bar. It's really great soap and expensive otherwise. But I get so cheaply that I can't pass it up. I also like to switch scents a lot. I guess I get bired easily.

I do love a great bargin, that is how I do most of my shopping. Unfortunatley with gas the way it is I haven't gotten to go out as much as I'd like to. Too bad you can't bargin shop for gas otherwise I'd be set.

I do bargain shop for gas. THis one station near me has 10 cents a gallon CHEAPER if you pay with cash. Credit card is 10 cents more...so I pay with cash. I always look at gas stations prices as I drive around and this station - even with the higher credit price - is still cheapest in town and it is a Union 76 - if name brand makes a difference. I know that the higher you go up the hill, the higher the gas prices get. The more out of the way the station is will have a higher price.
But I make sure I combine my errands and outings tho. I plan my week and schedule my errands and my gas bill stays down. WIsh it was lower, but I'll keep working on it!

Sounds great. We went back to see if the dollar store still had those huge grapefruits at 3 for $1 but understandably there were all sold out. I wanted to play with our new AeroGarden, though, so I did buy some ten cent packets of seeds.

Dollar Stores are the best, aren't they? It is so much fun and so satisfying to go in there and spend $20 and have a full cart!

Working in retail, I am privy to many good bargains. Most recently I got a deep tissue chair massager for $16, they usually run about $100. I got a king sized comforter and pillow shams for $36. It was about a $300 dollar comforter and I got my son some hats which normally run about $45 for .75 a piece. Now those are some deals!
