is she teething?
the best thing I can suggest is what has worked for my kids when they were little is this
clean the area real good and dry it real good
then tab just a dab of petroleum jelly and smear the area
this serves to just keep additional moisture off the rash
the petroleum jelly wont hurt if she manages to get some in her mouth
clean and reapply every few hours
