Well, I have a memory foam pillow and then a fluffy pillow. My fluffy pillow goes flat so fast and I have to fluff it up about twice or more a night. I tried to sleep on the memory foam pillow and it give me a headache and a neck ache. I have tried sleeping on both of these pillows and they are way too high. I am having a hard time finding the kind of pillow I need that is better for my back, neck and head. Any of your suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I know when I was growing up the doctors all were suggesting to everyone that we didin't need to sleep on a pillow at all. Well, I cannot sleep without a pillow one bit. What do you do? Thanks for your opinions and God bless you.

I have 3 different pillows and I switch around depending on which one feels best at the time. I have a memory foam one that I use most of the time, then a down pillow that gets used occasionally. I have a roll shaped buckwheat pillow that I use when my neck is sore, it's just like a roll behind my neck - which a chiropractor recommended for me when I get a stiff neck.
It took me quite a while to get used to the memory foam pillow, but now it's my favorite - so give it some time mamacathie - it may wind up to work fine for you too.

I usually just sleep with one cheap extra firm pillow. It works pretty well for me now. Before I had my son, I slept with 2-3 pillows every night, but now I just can't do that anymore. I still have all the pillows in bed, but just one underneath my head.
