Who builds the Dream Team of Cast Chemistry and then just destroys it all in one episode?

The writers of NCIS!
WTF? Are you kidding me? Ziva, Dinozo and McGee? Do TPTB really think it is a good idea to get rid of all 3 of them in one episode? And, Jenny Shepherd? Wow! They better be planning on bringing them back next season but, I started a discussion here a while ago about something that I read that said that NCIS would have a shocking shake up that would effect the show for "years" to come. This was a spoiler I found a while ago and at the time, I knew that there was going to be a death and my hope was that it would be the Director. But, I had no idea that the new Director was getting rid of Dinozo, Ziva and McGee!
So, what would be acceptable? If the 3 new team members that were in those files were still Dinozo, Ziva and McGee with new names and identities for some reason that involves them being under cover but still very much a part of NCIS!
So, what do you all think? How do you feel about the ending of the season finale of NCIS? Will you even watch if they end up really being off the show next season?

Do you really think that Gibbs is going to let ANYONE break up his team?
Hell he'll just mosey on to Mexico again.
What I want to know is what was on that peice of paper the new director took out of his own file and shredded.....

Or something to do with HIS involvement in the operation that came back to bite Jenny and Gibbs in the butt and get Jenny killed.
So.
When does the new season start again? And don't tell me I have to wait until FALL! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO......!

LOL! I am trying to get a grip but, I have what seems like forever to find out how it all works out and I am still smarting from the sting. Ugh! LOL!
And, no...I don't think Gibbs will let anyone break up his team! So, I can't wait to see what he pulls out of his sleeve to move Heaven and Earth to get them reinstated!
I also want to know what that was that he shredded. Probably a write up by Jenny Shepherd for bad behavior. Some really bad behavior.

Last night at the end of the show I was not happy at all. I could see maybe transferring one member or even two but all of them? That was a bit much. The group works so well together and really make the show enjoyable.
If at the beginning of next season they don't have them all back together I won't want to watch it. Yes I like Gibbs, Ducky and Abby but they need the others to complete the group. They mesh so well and seem to play off each other perfectly. Without the Ziva, Tony and McGee it just won't be the same.

I agree! I have praised that show for the cast chemistry since the very first episode. I too love Ducky, Gibbs and Abby but, they make a finely tuned machine all together and, with even one missing, it would be like a heart missing a valve. With 3 missing, you might as well cut out the heart and throw it into a garbage disposal or blender because, that heart isn't beating anymore and is of no more use than biohazardous waste.

I agree by taking them out they gutted the show. I'm really hoping that it will work out with having them back. Kind of like on CSI for a while when the team was split up but then they eventually got back together. They work better together then a part.

I don't think that I will be watching next season if they get rid of those 3. Killing off one cast member is bad enough, but getting rid of 3 more is just wrong. I think that their characters all go so well together and it is a shame to split them up.
