Have you made any mistake that you still regret?

I regret marrying my 1st husband.

Oh yeah, I've regretted several of the mistakes I've made. Even after doing all I could to correct them, I still felt as if it wasn't enough.

I made a huge, massive mistake once that even though it happened 33 years ago, I've spent the rest of my life regretting it. I'd rather not say what it is, but it's something that can never be put right. Sometimes I'm able to view it through self-forgiving mode, but other times it leaps out and bites, hard!

I regret a lot of my past, but its not like I can go back and change it. I think regret comes along the lines of being human. I think they are some situations I may always regret and never forget.

Yes, there are only two things that I really really regret. When I was younger, in high school, I got into the pot scene. My best friend told me she didn't like that at all and didn't like that I did it. She had tried it before, but expressed her dislike for it and me while I was on it, or doing it. I don't think that it is particularly bad or anything, but the fact of the matter was that it wasn't worth losing my best friend. I was too high to realize that we were drifting further and further away. I don't know if she knows or not, but that is the biggest mistake that I have made, and probably only one of two that I regret, i tend to use the motto no regrets, but yeah she was almost closer than any of my siblings to me. I lost more than a friend there, I lost an angel. Sigh, if we could only take somethings back and do somethings over....

One of the most difficult emotions to handle involves the feelings that revolve around regret. I like to think I have no regrets. That doesn't mean I never made a mistake, it means I made the best decision I could with the imformation I had at the time.

How did I know the guy I married was a creep and the hot guy at work liked me?
Regrets, when I'm depressed, yes.

I can't go back and change it, so I move on. Memories hold us back and life has so much more to show us.

We all make mistakes and sometimes it is difficult to forget them. With me it is things I have said or done without thinking and immediately felt foolish and wished I had not said or done it.

I have no regrets about making big mistakes in life because I think I have learned from them and grown stronger as a result.

Everyone should be able to learn from their mistakes, rather than spending wasted time in regretting them.

You know..I have made mistakes and regretted them. But also know I am here to make mistakes, learn from them to advance in this life and not remake them? We are only human.
If you have made one, as we all have, do NOT beat yourself up over it. Just look at it, decide what you did that bothers you and learn for it, so that you will not make that one again, OK?
Over a lifetime, we will have some successes and some failures. We learn form failing once in a while. It will make you a stronger and better prson as you grow. Thisnk, "What can I learn form this that will make me better and stronger?"
When I was younger once, I saw a teen boy molesting a little girl. I did not report this and did not tell her parents or his. I should have. The girl grew up and got married young and her life is not a good one. All her brothers went to medical schoool, which she may have done had this been reported and she'd have had help. (She was highly intelligent.) I remember and it does bother me. She never knew I saw..and I feel some shame over not helping her. (It was the mayor's son and I believed I would be in trouble for telling, as his dad was powerful in town.)
But I did learn and I am an advocate for abused people now and I DO help when I learn of it now..it has helped others and made me stronger. I know no the right thing to do. I was a kid then. I dod not believe anyone would take my word over his. But I still should have told.
If I ever see this wooman again, I will tell her what I witnessed and maybe now I would be able to help? And I hope one day to see her and do that.
But I ahve taken the experience and helped others. That is what life is. We are human and make mistakes. But then we should learn form that and we can get stronger. Whatever you have made a mistake at..correct it and see if it can be used to help out others.

I regret that i didn't work hard in univercity.I wasted my beautiful univercity four years.Until now,i realize that i am very poor in many abilities.So it is my always regrety thing,i can't forget it.
