What signs do you have? I was just wondering, when you get up in age, it is bound to happen, I just would like to know. My friend is in the Hospital now because they think she had a Stroke. She said that her arms got numb, she couldn't walk. So her friend called the E.M.S. she is doing better now but they are running test, because this is nothing to play with, she got to the hospital in time. So I think she is going to be alright. I thought I was having one once, but the doctor said it was stress, they gave me a E.K.G. They had me all hooked up. but everything was fine. Has this ever happen to you? tell me the signs? Ok, Have a nice day!

I have never had a heart or stroke, thank God. I have had some family members who have though. They say that their symptoms was sharp chest pains and the left arms has pains in it also when it starts happening. The stroke or heart attack makes the left side of the body go numb. I have felt like I have had a heat stroke when working out in the yard in hot weather., but I never got checked out to see if it actually was. I am glad you was fine. I hope your friend recovers also.

When I was 19, I took myself off the emergency room because for a few days I'd had this horrible pain in my chest, and thought that it was something serious. It was, I had a bruise in the muscles around my heart and lungs, which was making it harder for me to breath. Bed rest and plenty of heatpacks were ordered and within a week, I was back to normal.
