Me, I do!! All the time, I work myself up into such a state that you would think that a real catastrophe had happened when in fact it is something so little it is not worth getting ruffled over!!

Decisions, oh do not get me started on decision making!! I get myself in a right tizzy and it takes me days to make a simple decision. I am worse if it is a decision to make about money.

Oh, you can not be any worse than me. I can not decide on anything.I will be sick with worry, as to what to do.. Not just money. But when it comes to money oh, man I am really a mess then,.because i have so little of it to go around!!I am always second guessing myself, even after I do make a decission!!

I have a friend who does this; it drives me crazy. Instead of waiting for something, she goes into a tailspin imagining the worst. Just wait for whatever happens and deal with it. A lot of energy is wasted, but she tells me she is just being proactive. I wait and take care of whatever happens. Every time you fall, you don't break your leg.

One of me is more than enough. This is probably the only thing I do right. But thanks. I appreciate the sentiment.

No. Absolutely never. I rather tend to ignore happenings in the world around me that might have compelled others to react . It is my habit to accept things calmly and once it is over rarely I retain in my memory what has happened.

Had I been in your position, I should be thinking alike.

Good for you. Seems everything has gone wrong for me in the past, so I just asume the same is always going to happen all the time.

Yeah like you Ihave been known to um..."over react" over something to tiny and really un-necessary. All I do when I realise that I over reacted is appologize and do what Ican to correct it.

I ignore things that seems insignificant. There are more important things to worry about.

Sometimes, I think that I make a whole mountain range out of a mole hill. Like you, I think the worse right off from the start. I wish it were the other way around, but its a habit I just cant seem to change.

Oh, guilty as charged. Not to blame my mom, but she taught me to plan for the worst, but hope for the best. That lead to all manner of catastrophic thinking and I still do it now. I also have strange superstition, that if I think something good will happen to me, it will be taken away because I dared dream of it. Now, that is one for a psychologist. lol
