 Did u try that ever? If not just try it now and write down how long you can hold your breath. Me? I was able to hold my breath for about less than 30 seconds. My freind, hold her breath for nearly 5-8 minutes, and she says she can do it for maximum 10 mins! That sounded amazing. So how about you?

I think the Japanese hold the record for holding their breath, This came about many years ago when they use to dive for pearls and sponge.
Some one for sure will now come and tell me it was the islanders, But I think you understand what Im saying.

WOW that was hard. 56 seconds. I could sometimes hold my breath under water for much longer than that LOL
