|  Despite the fact that I like a lot of metal, I have often ignored this legendary band. Can anyone give me recommendations to what some good stuff is? I have already listened to their albums ad Wings of Destiny and Painkiller and some other selected songs.

| |  For a really good comprehensive look at their music, I would suggest the "Metalworks" anthology. It's a 2-CD set covering the band from the mid 70's to the 90's.

| | I'm not heavily into Priest but I do like what I've heard from them. Downing and Tipton's guitarwork goes very well with Halford's voice. I'd recommend the album Screaming For Vengeance, British Steel also has some good stuff on it. | | | | | | |

| |  The albums Stained Class and Sin After Sin are great ones for the seventies, particularly the former. Screaming for Vengeance and Defenders of the Faith are the band's best eighties albums. These are aside from the ones mentioned in your original post.
