 Oh no, please don't say you are so tired that you just plonk yourself down each night and the next thing you know, it is morning already.:P
For me, my brush and floss routine is the last thing I do before bed. That's because I pay a lot of attention to good dental health (if you don't, I urge you to start lol).

I Try to kill this habits because its not good to listen to songs while sleeping.yea!=)

| 9. shaggin (413) | 3 months ago |  The last things I do before bed are I make sure to shower as I cant stand to sleep in grimy sheets so I always shower before bed then brush my hair. I get dressed in pajamas and then brush my teeth. I then throw the dirty towel in the dirty clothes hamper and double check that the doors are locked before turning out the lights and going to bed. Nothing very exciting but this is my routine none the less.
