What is the last thing you do before bed?

Usually the last thing I do before I go to bed is brush my teeth...

brush my teeth, and then do some skincare! My care about my skin very much .

the last thing that i did before i am going to sleep are shutting down the lamp and television cause i already brush my teeth after my dinner directly.

i bet from your routine activities before taking bed like that, you never had any toothache, am i right?

Last thing i do is use mouth wash,then i get into my bed & have a cigarette.

I always brush my teeth first. Then when everything is done before I lay myself to bed I always pray to God. I know I'm being religious since I am a devoted Christian.

Shut my laptop, put in a movie and then plonk myself down each night and the next thing I know is its morning

Sorry couldn't resist, but the last thing I usually do is shut my laptop. if its not that, its putting in a movie...

Last night I was so tired, that I didn't even make it 5 minutes in the movie, but its one way I get to relax and to go to sleep...

And before I do all that I usually make sure my cat gets her midnight snarf....

I read my favorite book, then take my last two medicines for cholesterol and nerve pain, then I go to sleep. Ever since I was diagnosed to be diabetic, I am maintaining some medicines, and two of them are to be taken at bedtime because they make me drowsy. So I always have a good night sleep always because of these medicines which I take at bedtime...

I'll brush my teeth at the last meal i had on the day,not right before i go bed.Before bed,i will pluck earphones(my mp3) to my ears as its brings me to sleep.Listen to songs before sleep.That's my daily routine. I Try to kill this habits because its not good to listen to songs while sleeping.yea!=)

The last things I do before bed are I make sure to shower as I cant stand to sleep in grimy sheets so I always shower before bed then brush my hair. I get dressed in pajamas and then brush my teeth. I then throw the dirty towel in the dirty clothes hamper and double check that the doors are locked before turning out the lights and going to bed. Nothing very exciting but this is my routine none the less.

Wow I do almost the same as you do. I pay attention to my dental health when I found that I had a bad tooth at 10 or so. Besides, I will apply some cream to my face. You know, that's kind of women's routine.
