 Oh no, please don't say you are so tired that you just plonk yourself down each night and the next thing you know, it is morning already.:P
For me, my brush and floss routine is the last thing I do before bed. That's because I pay a lot of attention to good dental health (if you don't, I urge you to start lol).

| 95. mimico (3257) | 2 years ago |  Before I go to sleep, I usually check my email and surf the net. I always go online at night and I believe that I can keep on going. Sadly, my eyes get strained so I am forced to sleep.
It may sound weird, but I also make sure that the cap of my toothbrush is in place before the lights go out. I just hate it when I wake up in the morning and discover than the cap isn't on my toothbrush because I think of creepy crawlers passing by the bristles while I sleep...

I check everything - doors locked, windows slightly ajar to let some air in, lights off, etc...
Then I do a short wash/bath routine, brush and floss my teeth, fluff up the blanket/quilt, change into my nighties or an old comfy shirt before settling in between the sheets...
It doesn't end there though. LOL!
I have a favourite book by the bed, so after a few pages, then it's time to hit the sack for good!

LOL. I also brush my teeth and wash my face before I’m going to bed.
First, I want to have these teeth remaining in good and healthy condition for a real long time, as I still want to enjoy eating foods. LOL. Second, I want to sleep with fresh clean face.:P

I have pimples before so I am pretty conscious on applying stuffs on my face. Also, I wash my feet, lol. I dont usually take a half bath at night for I get easily feel very cold after taking a half bath. so I just wash my feet. Oh and of course comb my hair, lol. Its funny its like I am going out when in fact I am going to bed already, hahahah!
