What is the last thing you do before bed?

The last thing I do before I sleep is take my glasses off, mark my book and set it aside.

Of course, there are many evenings when I fall asleep accidentally without remembering. On those evenings I'm woken up by my partner pulling my glasses off my face & laughing at me!

It's not so bad when you wear glasses, but when I used to fall asleep in my contacts I'd feel like hell when I awoke.

I would go to the bathroom and brush my teeth.

The last thing is do is put my pajamas on:D

by the time I'm ready to go to bed I already fix myself,have some half bath,brush my teeth and so on...So the very last thing that I do is bid goodnight to my special someone..lol

okay,for me, I also have some usual steps. Brush my teeth,wash my face,drink some water or milk, then turn off the light, and fall into sleep quickly. when I am woke up by my noisy Clock, it always be the time to get ready for work. I should say, I haven't any sleep problems, and I can fall into sleep in several minutes.

Closed my computer is the last thing before I go to bed.I am online until midnight per day.

I do brush my teeth everyday but flossing gets boring and I seek excuses to skip it. No points for guessing that I am dog tired to plunge into the bed. However, it takes time to get the sleep. It takes about 10-15 pages to get me some good sleep.
