What is the last thing you do before bed?

The very last thing I do is to put more night cream on my face. My skin gets really dry. I brush my teeth earlier when I know I'm going to eat or drink anything else besides water. Before I put on the face cream, I do rinse my mouth out with mouthwash. I hate waking up in the morning with a yucky feeling mouth.

I usually go use the restroom, then I floss and brush my teeth. My husband feeds the dogs at night, and he'll tell me go do your nightly thing and get ready to go bed, so I'll be ready to go sleep when he comes in, because he says I take too long in the bathroom, and I keep him awake with the light on...haha.

The last thing i really do before going to bed is praying.Its always my routine every night and i use to do it that my night would be incomplete without doing it.

I put my daughter to bed before I go to bed. My 3 years old daughter has lots of routine before falling asleep. First she has to have her milk in the bottle, watch cartoon on playhouse disney, and holding a strand of my hair, and I have to scrub her back, all of them at the same time. After she fall asleep, I usually go to mylot for another hour then I turn on and watch the tv looking for anything interesting. THen go to bed. Huaammhhhmmm.,,,my daughter just fell asleep 5 minutes ago by the way...

last thing i do before going to bed is take a leak.....!!!

Brush my teeth and say my prayers.

After hygienic routines and really ready to close the eyes, I pray/talk to the Creator of what my day has been. Thanking him of all the challenges and things that made me strong that day. I always do that and I ask Him to protect me as I sleep and close my eyes. Take care=)

You know very well what I'm doing before hopping to bed. Meditation, talking to "zzz" and praying. For the hygienic part, I always do it after dinner. Take a quick shower, toothbrush, floss, gargle, put on my night cream to avoid wrinkles, slather my body with lotion to make my skin feel smoother and spritz a little perfumed oil to smell good

I avoid wetting my hands or fingers after long hours of mapling crazily

but after that i watch movie so that i can easily get sleep..hehe
