Herbal medicines that we at myLot take....  

I use real herbs in the form of seeds, barks, roots,leaves, flowers and twigs. I do not have any deccease, but I use them whenever I get them as they improve the health. My country is very famous for herbs.

I include some herbs and spices as part of my regular diet. This is very good for general health. My family uses Ayurveda for the primary medical needs. Ayurveda is based on herbal medicines.

I take Omega 2 fish oil in capsule to lower collestrol dont know yet how it is working wont know till I go back to heart doctor!

I take tons of herbal remedies. I take Biphidopalus or something like that. It is a Pro-biotic to boost the immune system. I also take Arabanogalacin which boosts the immune system too. And, I take two things for allergies. One is Nettle root and the other one is Feverfew. I take some other stuff that I just started taking too but, I don't know how they work, if they work yet. I also take something called HCP-X and, it also boosts my immune system. Some of them have ginger which I understand is healthy for the immune system and, one of them has olive leave extract in it too.

Unfortunately, I caught the cold the hubby brought home and there was nothing I could have done to stop it.

But, I will continue to take my immune meds as I know they have helped me before.

I take acidophilus (pro-biotic) that helps digestion. My doctor recommended cinnamon to help with blood sugars.
