Positive thinking

I have heard that positive thinking can reduce stress. People with positive thinking can enjoy life, have good health and good relationship. From my own experience I also think that this is right. What do you think? Will negative thinking create stress?

I definitely agree. Positive thinking makes you see good things even in bad situations. This reduces stress a lot. Negative thinking on the other hand often worsen the already bad situation. Law of attraction states that likes attract like. Think negative and often times you'll get negative. Positive always gives you positive. why? because even in the negative situation you see positive things! LOL!

You are right. We should try to find some thing positive in every negative situation we face. Then life should be challenging and worth to live.

I do agree with you. If one has positive thinking about his or her own life, problems are much easier to overcome. Problems are considered challenges that are just part of life. I think life would be boring if there were no challenges to face. If everything was served to us in a silver platter, then we would never learn how to value the gift of life. So it woud be best to be optimistic or to have that positive thinking about life!

Yes, if everything in life happens just as expected then there will be no charm in life. It should be a steriotype one and life will be boring with out challenges to face with.

Yes, definitely positive thinking does make one less prone to stress.As we start thinking positively, our body and mind both, would start giving us an excuse or two to not to do positive thinking. Often we were not taught to do this from childhood. I think positive thinking should be made in to a habit so that we take life as it comes thereby we can be immune to effects of stress.

Absolutely it does.Towards the same thing,positive thinking make you feel easy while negative thinking make you feel bad.

Positive vibrations can reduce stress much and its a stress healer too. Even i have experienced myself and feel great!

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.
