Have you made a will?

Ok I've just responded to a discussion about death and am 28 (nearly 29) and have a family, however I haven't made a will. I know I must but to be honest I'm not sure I've really got a lot if you follow, we no longer own our own home as we rent and I don't have any savings, I do a saving thing for my son every month but that is in his name. Oh I don't know any ideas anyone?

If you have children both you and your wife should have a will which stipulates who would get custody if something should happen to both of you. That's the main reason I had a will drawn up to start with, before I owned anything of value.

Thanks I know you are right I think my hubby made one years ago but that obviously needs updating. Think I will have to look into it further. Thanks again
