Absolutely fantastic that you have lost so much weight! You deserve many accolades. I am sorry that you have had so many other health issues, but you seem to be of great spirit...and taking all in stride that will, in all help with your BP. Please remember, that when you go to a Doctors Office, knowing that your Blood Pressure will be taken, most persons get anxious...and it's often referred to as an "occasional reading." A resting BP is usually the truest. To eliminate these fears, a BP cuff is usually around $20.00 at your local pharmacy..and they will give you instructions for use. You will then have the peace of mind of knowing what your "true" BP is...and if it is on the high scale, you will know your own history, and know how to control your environment...and what's leading to your BP peaks. I take lisinopril also and it has really helped my blood pressure. I also take glyburide and metformin' which does a great job keeping my blood glucose 'at a normal level for a diabetic. good luck and God Bless.
