I am watching Gordon Ramsey's Hell's kitchen in the background, and i know I shall not be going to eat there!

WHY?!

The cooks he has in his kitchen tonight are all girls, they have long hair and NOT one of them has there hair tied back!
I'm really shocked that Gordeon hasn't made them tie there hair back!!
I thought it was a must in a resturant kitchen, and espically one that is being showen on telly!

What do you think? Am I correct?

Good point and yes they should have their hair tied back and if its really long covered with a net, however i expect they threw a tantrum because they want only to look their best on tv but no id rather not eat there lol!!!

I have never really thought about it. Every episode I have seen the girls have had their hair up, tied back or held back by a headband.

I think the guys are more disgusting, they all get sweaty and then the sweat drops into the food.

i think i saw this one you are reffering with and yes i will not go there to eat. i dont like the fact that while cooking gordon are talking to them and the chef would answer "yes sir" or "no sir" while cooking. what if their saliva goes with the food they are cooking or preparing. gordon can talk if he likes but the chef can answer later. just a piece of my mind. wink wink

Spot on, there are better Chef's, we are lucky here in Australia we have some very good one.

Even the French top Chefs are comming here to see what we are doing with food.

Last time they took back the idea Italian and Chinese plate will work, has here, comes from our Culture in Melbourne.

Italian Rissoto bed and a Chinese dish(chicken/vegetable stir fry) set on it as a meal, try it it works wonderfully. the blend of Culture.

well I know it is the law here in montreal, the restaurants get fines if they don't comply.

I thought it was the law that in any type of food handling you had to have your hair either tied back or in a net.

Yes, hair should be tied back when in a restaurant, unless it is very short or shaved, but if it is long it should definately be tied back.
