EBAY, is it getting harder to sell these days?

I am from Australia. The changes have affected me. Before I never use to have a Paypal account, but now I do. I had to get a paypal account if I wanted to continue to use ebay. Before, I was using Direct Bank Deposits all the time for australian sellers. I had no problem with it at all. Well once I had a minor problem but it was quickly corrected.

Looking at my own situation, I can see that there would be a lot less buyers on ebay because of the changes. There are people out there who would not use paypal.

But if things are getting cheaper on ebay, well that is good news for me. I will save more money.

Last month I was selling like crazy, this month seems to be a little slower. All of my listings taht I did have expired yesterday, so I'm not sure if I'm going to relist anything right now or not. Maybe if we go on ebay "strike" maybe they will lower their fees a little bit. The paypal fees are getting pretty steep as well.

I have just put some things on ebay, 14 of them did not sell and 9 of them did, but some of the things that sold did not sell for as much as I hoped. I had a pair of Jane Norman jeans that I bought for £35 but never wear them as they are too big now and they only managed to sell for £4. It was quite disappointing.

For me yes. Recently I posted items on ebay and none got bids on it. I posted again and lucky for me only two got bids but only one bid each. I am just lucky that I got any bids at all there was a time when no one even clicked at my auction for two days.
