In rememberance of Bobby Kennedy  |

|  Today is a day of rememberance for the Kennedy family and many supporters of the Kennedy family. 40 years ago today Bobby Kennedy was assasinated.
I had just mentioned Bobby in another discussion recently without even realizing how long ago it was that he and his brother were with us standing for change. They were full of ideas the world did not want- much like Obama seems to be these days.
Let's all have a moment of silence when reaching this discussion in honor of Robert (Bobby Kennedy and remember all that he stood for and the great man he was.

| |  I was not around when he was assassinated. I wasn't born into this world yet. It must be truly hard to be a Kennedy in general. I'm not trying to make laughs at that either. It's amazing how much hurt that family has gone through.

| |  He was a brilliant man! I've had the pleasure of meeting his son about a month ago! His son is very nice and personable, the baby and I GOT our picture taken with him. He was very patient, because the camera kept messing up!I was at a hilary campaign
The Kennedy's will be in my prayers today!

| | I admired the family. I guess I was fasinated by their glamour, money, lifestyle, history. I felt for their heartache they endured. I agreed with alot of their politics. I was totally crushed by JFK's death. Now with Ted's health problems the world seems to be on a Kennedy watch again. I find it very sad. | | | |

| |  I was born in 1961. I was 7 when he was assasinated, so I don't really remember much about it. My mom however always admired the Kennedys and spoke about it often.

| | ME TOOO!!!!! I read this book, Plausible Denial, by Mark Lane, and it said everything I ever suspected in all of the other books I'd ever read. If you haven't read it, pick it up. Its about the CIA involvement in Vietnam, and why JFK had to go. Also, how JFK was decieved into the Bay of Pigs debacle.
