If you can own a Book of Memories, whose memories do you want to know?

Hi there. It's been a long time I posted here. I hope you guys still remember me. 
Recently, I read and watch the anime Tsubasa Chronicles. In one of the episodes, at a mysterious library, a boy called Syaoran experienced Kurogane's childhood by opening the Book of Memories. The Book of Memories is a magical book. It copies the Memories of the first person who picks it up. It then shows the Memories of the first person to the second person who flips it. (Anyway, Kurogane has a very sad past and I actually cried watching this episode 
)
If I can own such a book, I do not think I want to peek into the memories of anyone I know. I personally feel that memories only belong to the person who owns them.
How about you? If you own the Book of Memories, would you want to read into the past of someone you know (or do not know)? Maybe a political figure? an Idol? or Someone Dear to you?

Hi poohgal.. It's been a long long time since u last came in here ya.. haha..
I dun think i will wanna read it.. Because i dun want to invade into ple's privacy and same like i dun want others to invade mine.. And also, everybody has got a sad past whereby they dun wanna be reminded of.. But with human nature if being curious, certain things will be brought up and thus causing more upsetness and unhappiness.. And so, i dun ever wanna own such a book..

heh heh... how have you been?
Anyways, back to the topic... well, if there ever was such a book, I would be curious to see some memories of a few people. You know, especially those that have always been giving you problems. You would want to know why they are constantly giving you problems and see if they can be resolved to give a better live from then on.
Then again, will your memories be zapped into the book as well if you look into the book?
That looks like an interesting anime. Tsubasa eh?
I will see if I can find a copy to watch or not.

Haha.. your answer is interesting. Yea. Sometimes I also wonder what makes those 'irritating' people so irritating. Perhaps their pasts have something to do with it..
In the anime/manga, it only copies the memory of the first person who touches it. The second who flips it will see the memory. I think it's a cycle. So I don't think it copies the memories of everyone.
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle is by CLAMP. Did you read or watch Cardcaptor Sakura or xxxholic? I enjoy TRC a lot. :) You can find the english sub versions in youtube and imeem.com. Most of the versions are italian/spanish subs.

If I do owns one,I would love the book of memories filled with memories of those around me,my parents,family members,friends..those who complete my life.This way,i may know whats in their thoughts be it a past of future as the book will fills after what happened.hahas!
I also want to know the memories of those scientist,magician and ecetera.Who could have many brilliant ideas.=)

For your loved ones, I am sure they will share their memories with you if you ask.
As for those scientists, magicians and etc, it would be interesting to know more about them. I always think that those biographies of 'great' people are not an entire true account.

If I could choose a mysterious character fictional or not, I would choose Jesus cause we know so little about what he did on a day to day basis between the age of 12 and the age of 30 - not to mention we don't know exactly where in Africa he studied!! So that's half a life time of memories that could shed some light on human thought development during that era !!

Personally,I want to access my own memory.I'm a very forgetful person,there's things that I would like to remember,especially my childhood memories.
