Well, I was totally WRONG! lol..
I was so certain that because this pregnancy is so different from my pregnancies with my 3 boys, that this just HAD to be a girl.
well, I was WRONG! haha
I went and had the ultra sound a couple days ago and even though the baby was in a ball position and all scrunched up in there, the lady says it definitely looks like a BOY.
so, boy #4 is on his way:)
because I was so certain it was a girl I haven't even attempted to think of boy names so now that is what I am trying to do. the naming part is so tough.
I always want to make sure it's the right name and that it feels right.
I am just still so shocked it's a boy..lol
I guess I shouldn't be though after having 3 of them.
my dad fathered 5 boys and then finally the 6th and last was a girl (me!)
I'm so not trying to have 5 ot 6 kids! LOL

I was a tiny bit disappointed, but ya know, I will love him just like I love my other 3 boys.
the disappointment didn't last very long at all. I know that this is God's plan and it's gonna feel natural and I know I will feel like he is suppose to be here just like I feel about my other boys.
the name thing is sooooo hard though! lol

Thanks :)
yep thats right. lol
well, my dad ended up with the 5 boys and then finally last was me.
when I had my 3 boys I just knew I was following my dad's footsteps, lol.
but I sure don't want 6 kids! LOL.
I'm extremely happy with whatever I am blessed with though (which I am really glad I am the kind of person to think that way, haha)

Well that sucks. I know how it feels wanting that girl. You will love him mone the less but oh the idea of a girl is so exciting lol. Well just think you dont have all the hassles of raising a girl as I hear it can be much more difficult. Good luck coming up with a name any you are thinking of yet?

I hear the same about girls, that their harder to raise than boys and that they have bigger attitudes. lol
I don't know about that because I have a couple here that can get some HUGE attitudes.
I have been trying to think of names but so far no luck really.

I just thought after 3 boys this HAD to be the girl, I mean how in the world could I end up with FOUR boys in a row?! LOL
so much for thinking that way, haha.
I'm happy though.
I mean of course there is a little "aww man!" kinda feeling but I am just super excited to have this baby no matter what..
I keep looking online for boy names, it's so hard for me to choose because I believe that it has to feel right.
and when I find it, I'll know.
wow, 10 months pregnant?!
with my 1st son I was 2 weeks over due and by that time I was soooo ready to have him already! lol
with my other two I had them just a little early.
this one I guess we'll see.
this pregnancy is so different from my others so I am not even expecting anything at all to be the same.

Oh! I am sure your baby will be loved and treasured, no matter who they turn out to be. You sound like you have some experience with kids. I'm on my first kid. So, I'm kind of a novice. I was lucky and blessed to get a girl on the first try. She's a ball of energy and attitude. And, she doesn't stop moving from the time she wakes up to the time she falls into bed at night.
I'm sure you'll get a girl if that's what you want. Dont' rule out adoption for future children, even a girl. It's not for everyone. But, there are many wonderful girl babies in Asian countries that are up for adoption and you could provide a loving home for one of them. Be well! Best of luck with your baby.

oh yes he will definitely be loved and treasured very much.
I already love him and just can't wait to be able to hold him.
I just love little babies and am excited to be able to have a baby again :)
I have thought of adoption or foster parenting before, and I think that might be something that I would look into later in life when my kids are older.

Well I say Congrats. Healthy is what is important. I think it is wonderful. Just enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Let us know what names you come up with.

Well...uh...
Sorry you didn't guess the gender of this kid Jen. Hmm... despite what you say, there is always a next time!!(*holds arms up in defense*)
And at least you asked for boy and girl names that last discussion, instead of just girl names. That would have had irony written all over it now if you did. Hee hee!

I have a 6mnth girl and am pregnant again and really want a boy. The pregnancy is so different so I think I'm having a boy but reading your post I'm not so sure now. I find out in 4 weeks so we'll see.

Congratulations on another beautiful little boy! I'm sure that it's slightly dissapointing not getting that little princess you wanted but hey look on the bright side. Maybe you'll have lots of granddaughters that you can spoil all day long and then send them on their way home where they can be bratty to their parents lol!!!
