All the way to Mordor for nothing?  |

 Recently I saw a funny movie about the more reasonable way of destroying the one cursed ring that Frodo had from his Uncle Bilbo. This was something like it:
The fellowship of the ring (without hobbits and Gandalf) went directly in the front of the Mordor gates and done some show to make Sauron's eye look at them in anger. Then Gandalf and the hobbits flew over the other side on the giant eagles to this big volcano (sorry, I don't remember mane of this mountain) and tossed the ring inside.
It was quite funny, couse I don't see a reason why they couldn't done this in the first way instead of walking all this long way and losing their friends. What do you think about it?
