| Baby Swings...  | | | |  Did they stop making the wind up baby swings? I would love to get one of those because these battery operated ones get very annoying. I have an infant who enjoys being in her swing but i hate having to always replace the batteries in it. my toddler likes to swing in it while his sister isnt in it and after a while replacing the batteries gets a little costly. Does anyone know if they stopped making them or if they still do make them and if so where i can find them?

| |  If you get one of those wind up ones your toddler might wind it so tight it'll send the baby flying! Maybe you should buy rechargable batteries but, of course, you'll still be replacing them...and recharging them...and replacing them....

| |  wow must be that my son doesn't like his very much because he is 5 months and I still have the origional batteries in it.
I did use a thing called the motion glider for him, although it really isn't a swing... I used it nearly 24/7... not really, but close lol... and I still have th origional D batteries in it.
Um not sure but if you look at yard sales you are bound to find a wind up somewhere!!

I am totally willling to get a group of parents together so we can design to our safety specifications. It's a shame that thsoe things are released on the market and only pulled untill someone gets hurt. Makes you wonder what happened to inspection law.
