I used to read more than sleep when I was a kid. Now a days I do not read much. How many hours do you spend for reading? Which types of books you like to read? I like reading mystery stories like Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, Famous Five, Secret Seven, etc..

before when i was still studying, i spend so much time reading novels because i had so much vacant time when i was still in college. anyway, i like spy novels from Ken Follett and Robert Ludlum. I also like Judith McNaught's novels, she's a romance novelist and she writes great. very romantically formed. I like it all.

I love to read! There is a series of books that I have gotten in recently called 'Left Behind'. I wanted to use my mylot money to get the series off ebay until I found out it was avaiable in my local library! I love to go to library sales and recently aquired enough books to keep me entertained for years to come! I love to read about business, adventure narratives and how to make more money.

That really depends. There are instances when I can read on hours end. There are also times when I can't find the motivation to read. I do not have a specific type of book which I can say is or are my favorites. I read almost anything under the sun for as long as the books catch my interest.

I used to pretend to sleep and then wake up and read all night long when I was a kid. I've always been a big reader. My biggest problem is that I have to sit and read a book straight through. I hate putting it down. So I usually try to read when I know I can sit for a while. I read very quickly though so it's not that big of a deal.

How much time I spend reading depends upon the time of year. During the college semesters, I spend about two hours a day reading, but that is mainly text books and research for papers. Fortunately, I am a Literature major; this last semester I got to read Voltaire, Milton and Jane Austin (or is it Austen). After the semesters are over, I always have a week where the sight of a book does not fill my heart with glee, but I quickly recover. I just got done reading "The Great Train Robbery" by Michael Crichton, and I am just starting "Red Mars' by Kim Stanley Robinson, besides reading a book about Kabbalah. My interests are quite varied as you can see.

I was a real bookworm as a kid and still a bookworm as an adult. The lights could go off and I would read under the lamplight. My fave books were Mysteries too and the Archie and Jughead comics.

Through out the day I probably spend 2 or 3 hours total reading. I read in snatches as i wait for things to complete as well as reading before bed. I'm not sure what book is my favourite book but I'm very eclectic and enjoy a variety of types of books - thriller, romance, mystery, fantasy and scifi (those are the best) among others.

I do not read much anymore, My favorite are the Lilian Braun Jackson books mysteries with Mr. Q and the cats, they are my favorites. Use to read Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys, Alfred Hitchcock, in the middle of the night growing up. or and Charlie Brown books. The use to interesting, Use to get in trouble at 2 am with the flashlight under the covers reading. It was my favorite time of the day. I guess. alone time.

When I was younger I would always make my mom take me to the library and I would take out like 14 books and read all of the time. My parents said they thought I would wind up being a child prodigy if I kept on reading at that rate. But as I got older I read mostly for school since that took up most of my time. Now that school is done I try to find a good book and in my spare time I read. When I like a book, I find I cannot put it down and I am counting down the hours until I get out of work so I can finish where I left off. The last book I read was so comelling to me, that I found myself sneaking the book under my desk and reading only a sentence at a time if thats what I could do. I love reading and have alist of books that I am just dying to get my hands on.

How much I read every day depends on the weather and time of year. Another thing that will cause me to read more is how good the book is. Usually when I start a book, I finish it (there is only one book I never got through). Some books do drag on (like the one I am reading now) but others like Ludlum and Follett tend to make you want to read the next page all of the time. But I do read every day before I go to sleep.
