I never really have had an intrest to get bottled water when I can just have tap water. My mom says she can tell a big diffrence between the two. She says the Bottled Water tastes alot smoother.

choosing bottled water and tap water is an individual choice. One is not necessarily better than the other. People who may have a weakened immune system should consult their health care professonal to discuss whether filtered tap water or bottle water is best.

I can tell the difference. But I actually dislike major city water and bottled water. Most bottled water is nothing but tap water. So in the end there really isn't a difference between the two.

most people cannot tell the difference and some bottled water is just tap water! read the labels! i bought a brita fountain for the fridge, since my girlfriend will only drink bottled water and i make her recycle her bottles, since the yare so horrible for the environment.. its the silliest thing! i cannot tell the difference and will drink whatever water is available (within reason)

water - Clean and safe water
Bottle water is filtered water or purified. It was drained to a lot of filters. Tap water is directly come from faucet from the ground. There's a lot minerals that a natural water have that need our body. I don't used to drink purified water unless I was out and have no choice, I'd rather drink purified bottle than drink water anywhere. Because our water today is not that safe.

yes, i can tell the difference. at least, i'm familiar with what our tap water tastes like. we are using bottled water as source of drinking water in the house. we don't trust tap water anymore because of reports of unwanted microorganisms creeping through the worn pipes that aren't replaced immediately.

I'm like you, I don't notice a difference. We have good water here, I guess. I don't like drinking bottled water even though I recycle. it seems like a waste, although there is a flavored water out now that I do enjoy. I still feel guilty drinking it, though.

i personally believe tap water taste nicer as compared tothe bottled ones.. tap water has this softer taste and when i drink it... it feels really freshing.. bottled water just has a funny taste to it.. :) not to memtion... we have to pay more for the bottled mineral drinks

Lets have it for tap water(aplause). What are they doing to the bottled water anyway to have a funny taste. It seems like all the test their doing on the bottled water is backfiring. Its like if you mess around too much with water that is plain water it seems like your going to get a funny taste. There screwing up the most nessecary thing for life for money.

Yes, they taste a whole lot different from each other. Bottled water has this slightly bitter aftertaste and therefore tap water is much better. But this can't be said for water treated with a lot of chlorine . Over all, though, tap water is better and cheaper than the bottled one.
