 Our mama cat has the most beautiful litter of five kittens - one yellow tiger, three dark gray tigers and one light gray tiger. They just have their eyes open and are starting to climb around.
Growing up on the farm, the kittens were always my favorite baby animals - and we usually had plenty of them!
I guess I need to start thinking of names for all of them!

1.  spalladino (2941) | 3 months ago |  Yes, I love kittens and puppies, too. We had a homeless kitten running around between my daughter's house and mine for a couple of days and he/she was so cute. But, we already have two cats who didn't like this kitten and my daughter has a new baby herself so we gave the kitten to my stepson and his girlfriend. It actually worked out better for the kitten because they already have one a little bit older so they can play.

3.  wendyvv1 (334) | 3 months ago |  I love the whole process of cats having kittens. I loved it when my cat was pregnant and I would put my hand on her stomach and feel the kitties moving. I thought it was sooooo cool. I like watching the birth to and watching momma take care of her babies. I also love when the babies open their eyes and start to play with each other. I like this because that when you can start to really see their personalities come out. If I could I would keep a whole batch. Unfornately I have only been able to keep one out of the litter.

We actually have 2 sets of kittens here:
My cat( I call her Pink) had 6 kittens 8 weeks ago but 1 didn't make it. And her sister had 5 kittens 5 weeks ago and they have all made it. Both litters are of pure breading of Norwegian Forester cats so they're long haired!:D
We have them all pretty much homed at this stage!
