job satisfaction

My company administers an annual satisfaction survey that every employee has to take. The employees name is anonymous and the survey is designed separately for each position with the company. From the percentages of likes/dislikes of certain topics of the survey, the company will try to adjust or make accommodations to appease the employees.

Hi I do my job with hundred percent sincerity. I feel satisfied after completing each task sincerely, and I have constant contact with my customers also. When they complement me i feel happy and content.
