i read this scenario somewhere and would just like to ask for opinions and advices on how to handle the situation.

what should you do with a friend who is trying to get your attention/ tell you that he likes you when in fact he is aware that you are in a relationship and has already met your fiance? it's just getting so uncomfortable.

if i were in the situation, i am not the type of person that will ask him straight and tell him things clearly. i will just inform my fiance about the other person's actions and tell him what i think and what those actions mean to me. and that's it, i think i will just let it be, no matter how uncomfortable it'll make me. i will try to disregard the other person's actions as much as possible.

so if you were in that person's situation, what would you do? considering the fact that you are NOT INTERESTED with the person IN ANY WAY more than being his friend.

I think I would have to be honest and tell the person that I'm in a happy relationship and that I have no intentions of being with them. I think that if subtle hints aren't enough for him to leave you be, then you need to be a little more stern. Also, maybe you could have your fiance say something to him--- nicely though. You could have them do it in a respectful way and let the person know how uncomfortable it makes you feel. You shouldn't be made to feel akward in any situation. Good luck to you.

I would tell my fiance what the other person is doing immediately after I declined the other person's offer. I would assure my fiance that I was not intending on taking the other person's offer up and would try to qualm my fiance's anger at the person because I know my fiance would be angry.
