Woman sues Victoria Secret  |

|  I heard on the news this morning that a 52 yr old woman is sueing Victoria Secret because of the thong she was putting on caused her to damage the cornea of her eye!!!
She says there was a little metal "heart" that was on the center of the thong and as she was putting the thong on, the little metal heart popped off and struck her in the eye. She says it scratched her cornea and now she is trying to put the blame on Victorias Secret by sueing them.
I think I have heard it all now!! And I thought the incident about the guy sueing McDonalds for burning himself with hot coffee was bad! This beats that!!

| |  I thought that was an old woman who got burned at McDonalds. Maybe it was another incident. That old woman was initially awarded over $9 million!!! It was eventually dropped down to around $3 million, I believe. I can't believe it! The woman was burned in the crotch. Yes, it was worth something, since she wasn't warned about the coffee being so hot, but geesh! It's not like it destroyed her career as a stripper or anything!!!
I hadn't heard about the Victoria's Secret lawsuit. That's incredible. I can't see how these things actually get into court! I don't even want to know how a little heart popped off with such force that it flew up and hit her in the eye! That's just too creepy to imagine!
