When hiring computer professionals, companies have different requirements. Others often require certifications (i.e. A+, MCSE, MCP etc...) and some look for experience.
What do you think is more important to have in order to get a good paying and stable job, experience or certification?

Good Question!
I think one can not rule out the importance of Certification. I can say this by experience. I am not a graduate but I have a good 8 years of experience to back it up. I have got a good paying stable job. So I am not interested in completing my formal education anymore.
But while I say this, I remember the pains I have taken to gain this experience. I would advise anyone to complete the formal education and then jump into the job market.
Experience is important too! But if you are Certified, you have better chances of getting a decent job where you can gain good experience which could be used to find an even better job after a couple of years.
Hope that Helps!
Thanks!
