Consider Volunteering to Help Shelter Rabbits This Summer

Animal shelters often only have room to keep animals outside. Rabbits don't do very well in the heat and can die of heat stroke in this hot summer weather. During the summer months, extra volunteers are often needed to help refresh frozen water bottles in the rabbit hutches so that the rabbits are able to keep cool. And if you have rabbits of your own, make sure to keep them indoors to avoid heat stroke. Even the shade is not enough during the summer months.

Hello dear pigglies. So with the weather getting hotter and hotter, it is becoming somewhat a little tough for the small animals like rabbits. I hope that more people will join the group to help with those cute rabbits so that they could live through the hot summer smoothly with good health and good luck. Thanks for your discussion.

Thanks for the kind response! Yes, it's definitely tough for rabbits in the summer if they're stuck at the shelters. They need all the help they can get.
