Every day in the news we hear about how congress is talking a lot, but not doing much to help with our rising gas costs. If everyone emailed their senators and representatives expressing their concerns, maybe they would pay attention and actually do something. If we think our one voice really doesn't do any good, they won't hear us. Hear are web pages to contact your congressmen.

Thanks for the links. The great thing about a democracy is that everybody can get involved whether they are an official or not. If enough people have the same ideas and passion about something, then there is anything that can be done.
With that being said, I don't believe it is the higher gas prices that is the real economic problem right now, in fact if you compare gas prices with the rising price of gold, you will find that gas prices have not gone up significantly at all! The problem, or the major problem, is the fall of the value of the dollar. As the dollar decreases in value everything decreases in value because the monetary unit we're using is worth less.
There's plenty of oil for the United States, China, India, all the third world countries, Europe, etc... And I firmly believe that.
Great post!
Thanks again

I will do that, thanks for the sites. I don't know that it will help, but it is worth a try.
