One of my twin, bumped my jaw last week and I had a terrible tooth ache. We ran immediately to my dentist, he said nothing is wrong there and there is no fracture in my jaw. But pain will be there for few more days.

Did you tried to have it x-rayed? Don't know if it is just a milk teeth or what.Sometimes the teeth has a hidden new that is wanting to exposed so it cause pain but you could not see it in actual and you need to undergo x-ray.

I bet it hurt like heck. Was the twin sitting on your lap and sat up and then leaned backwards really fast and knocked your jaw with his/her jaw? If that was how it was done then I know it hurts. I have had pain in the jaw and it sure hurts a lot even when there is no broken bones. Could you imagine what a broken jaw would feel like 10X more than what you are feeling now.
How you feel better soon
By the way I am a twin.
