Going on Monday coming home Tuesday!

I let my daughter go home to Florida from Pennsylvaina with my mother for a week. The only flight I could get to go get her was on Monday and come home the next day on Tuesday. So I am litterly going and coming home. It sucks BUT its good because I only have to take 1 day off work and my daughter is coming home sooner then I thought at first.
So have you ever done this? Gone some where and come home the next day. I won't even be in FL for 24 hours! I'm thinking I'm a bit crazy!
What are your thoughts??? and Have you ever done some thing like this???

No, I haven't but my husband has had to make a couple of quick trips between Maryland and Florida where he did a quick turnaround like that. I hope your daughter has a great time with her grandmother!
