The most important groceries that I need to buy in a supermarket, 1) toilet paper 2) tooth paste 3) shampoo 4) dishwashing/bath soap 5) oatmeal I need those things always anytime of the day. I have to brush my teeth, take a bath, wash clothes, clean dishes and of course I need the fibers that found in oathmeal it's a good breakfast meal if I have no time to cook. Oath is good for my health as well aside from the fact that I just need to add hot water then that's it.. Everything is well and good for the day.
