How many of you seem to revolve about the same menu every week? I was getting bored with mine and I decided to try new things, they worked out great actually, but I thought maybe we could all share recipes, and maybe find new things to add to or try for our menus?

Last night I made a tofu stirfry. I served it with rice. I dont think my husband was too impressed he would have preferred chicken or beef, but I told him we were being health conscious as well as saving money.

You know..sometimes just a good home-made sub/hoagies/grinders and soup hits the spot? It is easy and everyone seems to love them! The rolls and meats, veggies you want on them are at the store!
Otherwise, we like Chicken burritos!
Cool/bake chicken meat and slice. Then put it in the burrito shell (usually in the bread isle,) and sprinkle on any shredded cheeses you like..microwave until the cheese melts..then take out and add lettuce, Fold the burrito and drop on a little sour cream! Have it with refried beans next to it and a fruit! YUM!
