Hi drannhh, they wear white colour and i do remember one person was their(like a check) he asked me something and i didnt had that (some thing which i dont know) then he said you cant go. Every one else had and they got the wings.

To me the meaning would seem to be that you will not do exactly what everyone else is doing and for that reason some will shun you, but in the long run making your own decisions and standing on your own will get you where you want to be. The wings the others got tell me your path will not be a rapid flight to success, but that you will remain grounded to the earth and accomplish good things slowly and steadily and your accomplishments will stand the test of time. I thing the others in your dream will flash and burn, if you know the expression. What I mean is that by following the crowd they will do well at first, but in the long run, they will fall behind.
