Curious Kid... |
|
Were you a curious kid? Do you often wonder how thins work. How this world came to be? Like my two sons, I was curious about everything, I often ask my parents so many things. Here is a picture of my two kids who were fascinated when they saw a "Mimosa Pudica" it a sensitive plant that closes its leaflets together when it it touched. It is also called Makahiya in the Philippines.

Muelitz (1084) | 1 year ago | Thanks for the compliment pzh, I never did believe in the saying "curiosity killed the cat". What I believe is if we keep on asking, we will keep on learning. Experiment and discover new things safely is the way to go:)

4. grunge_avenged (275) | 1 year ago | Yes I was (and you might say still am one> a kid) who was curious. I still am very curious and constantly seek for knowledge about the world and my surroundings. I will usually ask my mom what certain words mean lol. I definatly asked my parents a TON of questions and people have told me before why I ask so many questions lol oh well.

Muelitz (1084) | 1 year ago | Well there is nothing bad that will happen to you if you ask. The worst is that you'll get a response "I dont know" but that should not stop you from learning. There are always other means.:)

6. magiemoretha (121) | 1 year ago | Some say that "kids are great philosophers" since they ask things that never across people's mind. they ask everything, and sometimes they conclude things funny. Sometimes their questions are simple, but we just do not know to answer. I have a good story. A friend of mine works in a kindergarten. And once she asked her kids "What they want to be in the future? and Why?. one boy said "I wanted to be a pilot since i can fly!" then another said "I wanted to be a doctor since I can help people!" a foreign kid said "I wanted to be a spiderman!" Then a girl said "I wanted to be a butterfly!" My friend wondered and asked her "Why?" That little girl said " Because i want to fly, but I don't like being a pilot" When I heard that... I just laughed and confused all at once.

Muelitz (1084) | 1 year ago | LOL, i guess kids have no grasp of reality yet. They are not wise enough to differentiate dream with reality. But being an explorer and inquisitive, the kids will slowly learn to discern what they can and can't do:)
