My housemates moved out and I'm lonely...

For slightly over 2 months, I've had housemates (My friend/PCA , his girlfriend, and their cat. They moved into their own place a week or so, while I was in NYC for a conference. I'm happy for them- really and truly, but my house is so much quieter without them. And Richard (my cat) misses their cat (Velcro) awfully. I forgot how quiet a house is when just one person, a cat, and the occasional assistant (who are often doing their own thing- like dishes, cleaning, and laundry- and not interacting with me).
I really miss living with folks and plan to look for new housemates, preferably with another cat for Richard to play with. What do you all think of this plan?

Well, some people would preferred to live alone. they don;t want to have companion in the house. they want to have a quiet environment. But for me, I want to have somebody around me. I enjoyed with the company of others.
Well, that's a good idea. Looking for another companion who has a cat to play with your cat too but, you must pick one who will not give you head ache.

Hehe...It's very comman that you will miss them!I think you should find out other things to do!I wonder where is your partener?If you don't have a girlfriend why did you find one.I think that will be better.
