A Lazy Sunday

Philippines
June 29, 2008 8:16am CST
This day I woke up at almost 12noon. With a hungry stomach, I headed to the dining area to see what's left for me. And surprisingly, there was none. So i waited for my father to finish what he was doing. He cooked for the lunch ( He really is great in cooking). He served an adobo, my favorite. It was so yummy that I consumed almost three plates of rice. And it ended my hunger caused by missing the dinner last night and the breakfast. I was full and went back to the room. I tried to read my Systems Analysis and Design book but I was so full to concentrate on the information, so I laid down in bed. Suddenly, a friend went to the house and told me that we have a meeting for the Green Brigade. It is a group of young people that helps for the preservation of the environment. I thought first that I should not go but after several minutes I changed my mind. I went to the meeting place and joined the discussion. I had fun and learned something else( i though that I will hear same things), but truly, every day is a new learning. Anyway, right now, I am waiting for the Awards Night in the TV. And while waiting so, I think I'll get back to Systems Analysis and Design book. Until then.

THANKS for sharing your day with us, just by reading your post... you are actually bringing US with you all through out your sunday. I thought it is lazy?! I guess it isn't that too lazy because you still manage to use some of your time in a really noble cause like that of your green brigade group... Do continue that great intention but as you have said, still have some time to read and study for your classes tomorrow. Because it will bethe greatest investment that your parents out up FOR YOU and you will have its INTEREST someday. God bless you in all of your endeavors and your loveones too.

Missing breafast after having missed dinner was really a spoiler-but than God, your dad saved the situation-and from what you tell us, the meeting you went to, this sunday doesnt look as lazy as it started. Here in Uganda, we are looking forward to Euo Cup, Spain VS Germany-I want Fabrigas to take the Trophy home after so many years of not doing so, infact 44 years of waiting is long time!

Lazy Sundays are grat. I am glad that you go ome food aterall. I woke up this morning and headed straight or the coee shop for a cup of coffee, a ham sandwich, and inexpensive internet access. I spend the etire day here, ecause it's cheaper for me to use my computer here than it is to use the internet at home. I really like it in here.
