Get a potty chair and put it where he can get to it. If he's telling you before he has gone the teach him how to pull his underwear up and down and I'll bet that he will be trained before you know it. Take him everyy time he has a drink and every time that you go yourself so he can see what goes on in the bath room. having his daddy take him when he goes will also help.
