How much information do you give a babysitter who is going to watch your kids? Do you err on the side of giving "too much" information, or do you trust that a sitter knows what to do and should be able to figure everything out on their own?

I will only leave my children with someone I know and trust 100% (nurserys are different as its not just one person theres lots around to make sure everything is ok) so I feel apart from the general info of what they need to eat bedtime etc they dont need to know anything else as they will know my girls anyway. I would never ever use a random stranger to sit my children id really rather stay in.

I have seing how my brother's babysister works, and it make me think twice to leave my future babies alone behind. If I have babies and I can't look after them by myself, I'll ask the babysister to clean herself up before she watch my babies. I'll write babies feed schedulle, what food to be eaten, what time taking a bath, etc. Even she is a professional babysister, I have to remind her every single day.
