My Boyfriend and what I going through with his cancer  | |  He has lung cancer. And it seems to be getting worse. But he want go back to the doctors and get put on oxygen. He can't lay down at night, Because his lungs are hurting him and he says he can't breath when he lay's down. So I am up with him all night and I am not getting much sleep. He just says he wishes he could die and get it over with. He is 50 years old and I can't make him take the med's and see the doctor. So the only thing I can do is let him live his life to the fullest and go out of this world the way he wants too.

i agree with you that if is addiment that he won't take the meds/ go see the doc's then you can't make him as this is obviously his dying wishes.
all you can do is be there for him when & if he asks for it.
i will keep you both in my thoughts & prayers.
