 i do not laugh when i get angry,when i get angry i show my anger to the person sitting next to me, i do not really know how to controle my anger and usually throw it to my loved ones like my mother,anger really makes a person fall in tension and laughing while in anger is a great challenge for a person indeed,i know some people who really practice it .

If it is a stupid thing to get irritated about, I tell myself it is no big deal.
Othertimes I will tell myself to calm down and I take a few deep breaths. It works. It is better then blowing up at peope that have nothing to do with why I am mad.

When i'm angry,i will always keep myself in the room,try to think and calm down,but sometimes i can't help myself from throwing things and kicking things:( i think it's very crude,and every time i will regret for doing that.

i have 3 younger brothers...
2 under the age of 4...
so they will fight and just encourage each other to jump off chairs and all...
and also they will be feeding each other....
but making a huge mess!!!!
and when we bring them to wash their hands, they will squrit the water to their bodies and wet themselves so much that we will have to bath them!!!

When im angry, I show it because if I just hold it inside me and pretend not to be, there is a big possibility that it will burst out soon and will be more complicated. I cannot laugh but I always try to relax and be reasonable when throwing out words.

I will show my anger to the person who made me angry by shouting at them or even punching them depending upon the situation. But I must tell you one thing, I am not a person who always angry with others.

Yeah, it is hard to control anger especially if something really serious has happened. I just try to keep thinking positively that it would be resolved effectively.

But I tried many tiems to do my level best to do and I had got success many times. And this is good idea to get rid of angry on anyone who make you disturb... | 9. applefreak (1204) | 2 months ago |  well there had been occasions that i laughed when i was angry. it's not really about controlling anger. it's more about the situation being so ridiculous! it's not a good laugh though i must say. it's more like an exasperated laugh, telling the person that 'i'm amazed you can even think about that'. sometimes the situation really leaves me with no choice but to laugh. guess it's not really too bad being able to laugh still.;p
