Workout Routine

I have been with a trainer 2 days a week for the last 4 months. This 4th of July she will be away for a whole week and wants me (after the four months of being with her) to work out by myself and put together my own routine, write it down and have her evaluate it!I have not the first place how to start or what I should be doing other than trying to remember what we have been doing in the past and IN WHAT ORDER. If anyone can help out I would be very grateful. I have one hour. More of a strength training than a cardio workout (I go there three days a week for cardio) and incorporating all parts of the body (back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, hams, abs, etc...).
