Niacin Is also known as vitamin B3 has been used for years to treat high blood lipids, namely cholesterol.Studies shown that it reduces the incidence of heart attacks and death from heart disease.
Niacin is also essential to release energy from food.It is co-enzyme that is used to provide cells with energy by breaking down carbohydrates, protein and fat.It is also essential for a healthy functioning nervous and digestive system.
The richest sources of Niacin are chicken, fish, peas and beans.smaller amounts are fond in whole grain, wheat products, fruits and vegetables
So..guys take an extra attention on your vitamin B3

Too much Niacin can kill you though.Daily recommended is something like 18mg, but somepeople - under doctors strict supervision - do take a much high dose. Niacin is like super caffeine, you take much over at one time 100mg you can kill yourself with it. Don't ever drink a red bull or two and take niacin at the same time.
Before taking any amount of Niacin you need to check how much is already in your system naturally.
